From off-duty crews to a career path
Firefighting’s Finest started as a side job for two firefighters with one truck. Our early crews were off-duty firefighters bringing the same preparation, teamwork, and care they use on the job to every move.
We grew carefully, one market at a time, and kept the same standards in every new location. Today, cities hire from us to find their new firefighters, and we are proud to help prepare the next generation of first responders.

Granbury tornado relief
Our team assisted victims of the Granbury tornadoes.

We delivered 44 pallets of supplies to Boerne and sponsored delivery of 2,100 gifts to 776 children.

Supporting first responders, military veterans, and community organizations has always been part of who we are.
Move for Hunger
More than 125,000 lbs of food delivered to local food banks. First in Tarrant County to partner, and named the first-ever Mover of the Year.
Local food banks
Our crews take unused, non-perishable food from customers and deliver it to food banks in our communities.
Neighbors in need
From One Warm Coat to school and church fundraisers, we show up for the places we live and work.
- One Warm Coat: nearly 1,000 coats collected and donated.
- Burn camps and youth programs: Parkland Burn Camp, Camp Janus, Camp John Marc, and Kids Across America.
- Santaccountants: delivery sponsor for 2,100 gifts delivered to 776 children in 2025.
- Mental health: sponsor of Peppers and Piñatas for Mental Health America of Greater Tarrant County.
First responders and military families
Our crews are firefighters and veterans, and supporting those who serve is part of how we work. We are a long-standing member of Red Shirt Fridays and received the ProPatria Award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve for supporting our military staff.
Hill Country flood relief: two trucks, 44 pallets
When floods hit the Texas Hill Country, the Ft. Worth Fire Department prepared 44 pallets of relief supplies. We emptied two of our trucks to fit as many pallets as possible and sent two drivers to pick them up early on Monday morning.
The Ft. Worth Police Department shuttled supplies in its own trucks, so a large caravan of aid traveled south together. Our drivers delivered the pallets to the Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries warehouse in Boerne, TX.
Helping neighbors in need is what firefighters do, and it is the heart of our culture.
